One of the best aspects of the hobby has got to be the fun we spend at various horn honks thoughout the area. Since 2001 when I started collecting, I've attended several events, and I've included some pictures and multimedia of these in this virtual photo album. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of the blow at Minersville in 2002, which I also attended.

Horn honk events are great for several reasons. First, the obvious reason is so that you can have a place to blow your horn without having to worry about whether or not somebody will care about it - that's already been covered! Another great reason to attend a horn honk is to hear other horns, especially the uncommon horns. This has helped me broaden my horizons a lot. But, what is probably the best reason to attend a horn honk is the people. What would this hobby be without the rest of those who also enjoy our little niche? Getting a chance to talk with the other collectors develops great friendships and really makes the hobby special to me - it gives it a real personal touch.
